​Are your Crocodile leather belts made from a single skin are split?
All our belts are hand-cut from a single crocodile alligator skin. We do not use split skin.
What is your crocodile alligator leather skins lined with?
Belts are lined with full grain cowhide and alligator purses, wallets and accessories are lined with soft calfskin.
I am worried about endangered species are your crocodile alligator leather products compliance with laws about use of rare animals?
Yes, we comply with the International Convention of Endangered Species (CITES) certification as well as the United States Department Wildlife, Fish and Game requirements and licensing.
Can I get your crocidle alligator products in the Italian shinny finish?
No, our crocodile alligator skins are hand polished with special buffing pads. We do not use high gloss enamel finishes that are applied to the Italian alligator leathers. All our crocodile alligator skins are hand finished to provide local skilled craftsmen with employment.
Can I change my mind and exchange an item for a different style?
Yes, Telephone the office or send an email to explain what your want to exchange. If there is a difference a corrective billing will be made during the telephone conversation and that includes any additional shipping costs.
How are your crocodile alligator skins colored?
All of the crocodile alligator leather we use has been vat dyed by hand, a process that requires about four days for full processing and then the skin is dried on a wooden mould.
Why is alligator leather so expensive?
Crocodile Alligator and Python snake skins are among the most expensive types of leather and the animals are rarein the wilds, which has lead to special farms that commercially raise the animals for the leather industry Special tanneries prepare these skins usually in France or Italy
What part of the crocodile alligator do we use for our products?
We use the abdomen and flank of the animals
Do we share our customer mailing addresses and names?
No, our customer information is never shared, rented, sold or place in storage on computers.
Do we warrant our products?
Yes, we provide a one-year limited warranty on all of our products.
Can I pay on installments?
Yes, you may register for this option. This requires that you complete a MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS FORM and send a sign copy in the mail. Your credit card will be charged each month over a three-month period.
Returns & Refunds
In order to return merchandise, you must fill out the RETURN FORM locate in the back of your Sales Receipt. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition; including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and $3.00 restocking charges per item.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
